This July we were able to finally able to get together and ride our recumbent trikes as a community after over a year. It was amazing to see the turnout and all the smiling faces of the group riding again. Over 40 people made it! We’ve referred to our community rides as the “Hidden Benefit” of recumbent trike riding. While health and recreation are at the forefront, here at Laid Back Cycles, we never forget the importance of our amazing recumbent trike riding community.
One thing that we always hear on our rides is how non-motor riders are jealous of the people with electric assist trikes! As the electric assist motor riders are zooming past, it is likely you’ll want to keep up. Luckily, any trike can be retrofitted with an electric assist motor!
