That's the whole point of the session, and you don't need to know anything walking in. The first question is just, why a three-wheel trike over a two-wheel bike? That tells us where to start, and from there, we do the work.
If you're close to Sacramento, come by. Over 40 trikes are on the floor and you can take one out. If you're not local, we ship all over the country, and each trike comes out of the box already 99% built. We'll FaceTime with you for the last bit, and people who buy from us across the country are riding within a week of the truck pulling up.
Most bike shops are run by people in their 20s and 30s, and they don't have the aches and pains yet, so they don't get it. That's not a quality signal about trikes, it's a demographic mismatch. A lot of people are getting older every day.
Over the last decade, we've worked with 6,000+ riders. Mickey will ask specific stuff about your back, your knees, your wrists, whether you want to fold it, and whether you need electric. By the time you're done, you'll know which trike, which seat, which gearing, and what it costs. If something's off, he'll tell you.
The session is free, and so is the quote. A lot of riders come off the call and decide to wait or even start right away. The whole point is that you walk away knowing what would actually work for your body, instead of guessing on a $2,000 to $25,000 purchase.
