The GTS e+ is the lightest electric trike in the TerraTrike line at 55.4 lb, built on a 7000 series aluminum frame with a wishbone seat stay. Deep profile rims wear Schwalbe Tryker tires, the brakes are hydraulic, and the Sport Touring seat has an adjustable mid-back that earns its keep on the third hour.

The Bosch Performance Line motor adds 75 Nm across four assist modes without adding bulk, and the 400 Wh PowerPack connects through the Bosch Smart System to the eBike Flow app. Seat height is 15 inches with recline from 45 to 65 degrees. Pedals are sold separately so you can spec what fits your fit.

Who the GTS e+ is for

You still want the long ride. The 30-miler, the hill on the way home, the group that doesn't slow down for anybody. Your legs will do most of it, they just run out sooner than they used to. The GTS e+ is built for that rider: a sporty aluminum trike with a Bosch motor that fills the gap, so the ride ends when you decide it does and not when your knees do.

Yes, because it's pedal assist. The motor adds to what you're already doing, it doesn't do it for you. Four modes means you pick how hard you work that day. Most riders end up going farther and riding more days a week, and that's a lot more exercise than a trike hanging in the garage.
At 55.4 pounds the GTS e+ is the lightest electric trike TerraTrike builds, and the battery comes off before you lift, which takes a few more pounds out of your hands. Most riders use a hitch rack or a ramp into an SUV. If loading is your main worry, bring it up on the Dream Trike Session and we'll work out what fits your vehicle.
