The Ti-FLY X is AZUB's go-anywhere flagship, and it's the trike Mickey reaches for when somebody says rough ground is what ends their ride. It runs aerospace titanium suspension up front and a real mountain-bike air shock in the rear, so both ends float over gravel, cracks, and trail instead of jarring your back. All three wheels are a full 26 inches with plenty of ground clearance, which is why it goes places most trikes have no business going. Comfortable on the road, tough off it.

Prices are subject to change based on AZUB’s current pricing and economic conditions; the best and most up-to-date pricing is always available on the official AZUB configurator, and we recommend booking a Dream Trike Session with Mickey so we can review all current options together.

Who this trike is for

This one's for the rider who doesn't want the pavement to decide where the ride ends. If a rough trail, a gravel road, or a bumpy path used to shake your back until you turned around, the Ti-FLY X was built to soak all that up so you keep going. It fits riders from about 4'11" up to 6'9" and carries you and your gear up to 275 pounds. You want to explore, not just circle the block. That's this trike.

Aerospace-grade titanium leaf-spring front suspension elements of the AZUB Ti-FLY X recumbent trike

Aerospace Titanium Front Suspension

The front suspension is built from Grade 5 aerospace titanium, the same material used in aircraft. It cuts the weight in half compared to steel and it never rusts, so the springs up front smooth out the road without adding pounds you have to pedal.

Rear Air Shock, Full Suspension

The X is where AZUB added a real rear air shock, borrowed straight from modern mountain bikes. Titanium up front, air in the back, so both ends float over rough ground and the whole trike stays planted and comfortable, not just the seat.

Three Big 26-Inch Wheels

All three wheels are a full 26 inches with 7.3 inches of ground clearance, so gravel, curbs, and rough trail roll under you instead of stopping you cold.

Frequently Asked Questions

The X is the go-anywhere version. The Ti-FLY 26 runs two smaller front wheels with a big rear. The X puts a full 26-inch wheel at all three corners and adds a real rear air shock on top of the titanium front suspension. So it's true full suspension with more ground clearance, built for gravel, trail, and loaded touring where the road turns rough.
No. It handles trail and gravel better than almost anything, but that same suspension makes it a dream on regular pavement too. Cracks and bumps that would jar your back on a rigid trike simply disappear. Plenty of riders run it as a comfortable touring trike and never leave the road.
A wide range. AZUB builds it to fit riders from about 4'11" up to 6'9", and it carries you plus your gear up to 275 pounds. The seat slides to set your leg length and reclines from 40 to 55 degrees. On a Dream Trike Session we'll walk through your height and your body so it's dialed in for you before it ships.
It can. AZUB offers an optional Fold to Flat system, and a more extreme version that packs it down small enough to slide into a car trunk. If getting the trike in and out of your vehicle matters to you, tell us on the call and we'll spec it in.
Very little. The titanium springs up front are part of the frame, so there's no air pressure to check and nothing that wears out fast. The rear air shock is a standard mountain-bike shock, so any good shop can service it, and we can walk you through the basics.
Yes. Readers of Bentrideronline voted the Ti-FLY X Trike of the Year for 2018. That's the recumbent world's own crowd picking it, riders who've tried everything out there, which tells you the full-suspension idea really does hold up on the road.
