With a nod to the original Tour, the GT is the culmination of over 20 years of continuous innovation and customer feedback, resulting in the most comfortable and best handling TerraTrike to date!

The Y-frame design adds strength while allowing for additional heel clearance and ease in getting in and out. The new triangulated rear end adds pedaling efficiency, better aerodynamics, reduced pedal steer and, lower center of gravity so that you “stick” to the road even at higher speeds. The GT also comes standard with a 24” rear wheel for higher top-end speeds, smoother rolling over bumps and, retaining momentum. The GT also features an extended seat frame with an upgraded seat mesh, contoured to give additional support and comfort and padded in “all the right places!” This is by far the most comfortable seat TerraTrike has ever produced!

The depth of the “wet” paint colors are stunning, and limited edition colors are offered periodically. The GT is the perfect trike for a cross-country adventure, your daily commute, or a leisurely trail ride to your favorite destination.

This one's for the rider who still wants the miles. You logged the long road days on two wheels, and your legs are fine, but your back and neck stopped agreeing with the lean. The Gran Tourismo keeps you out there. You sit low and laid back, the seat carries your whole body, and you cover real ground without paying for it the next morning. Touring, the daily loop, or a long trail to nowhere in particular. You're not slowing down. You're getting comfortable.

The Y-frame opens up heel room so you step in and out without a fight, and the contoured comfort-mesh seat reclines from 40 to 65 degrees to cradle your back.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's built for speed by trike standards. The 24-inch rear wheel holds momentum and rolls smoother over bumps, and the triangulated rear end keeps you planted at higher speeds. With 20 gears on the external derailleur you've got a low climbing gear for the hills and plenty up top when you want to open it up on the flats.
It's one of the easier ones. The seat sits at 15 inches and the Y-frame design clears room for your heels, so you sit down rather than climb down. If getting on and off an upright has gotten dicey, this is going to feel like a relief.
It fits a wide range. The boom adjusts for an X-seam from 37 to 46 inches, and the seat reclines anywhere from 40 to 65 degrees, so we set the leg reach and the back angle to you. That's what a fitting is for. We dial the trike to your body instead of asking your body to put up with the trike.
That's what it was made for. The Gran Tourismo is a touring trike at heart, comfortable for long days in the seat, and it takes a rear rack so you can run panniers or a trunk bag for water, snacks, a tube, and a layer. Cross-country trip or the daily loop, it carries what you need.
We ship all over the country. It arrives in a big box about the size of a refrigerator, already 99 percent built. You cut it open, pull it out, and ride.
