The Rambler has a slightly higher seat height than its predecessor, but continues with the same Y-frame design, with many upgrades available for riders who want to go faster and farther. It now has a wider track for better handling and larger 24” wheels for even more versatility.

How tall a rider does the Rambler fit?

The seat adjusts to an X-seam of 37 to 47 inches, so it fits most riders from around 5 foot up to about 6 foot 4. On your Dream Trike Session we'll check your leg length against the boom range to make sure it dials in right for you.

Is the Rambler easy to get on and off?

Yes. The seat sits a touch higher than most trikes at 17.5 inches, so you're not dropping all the way to the ground or fighting to stand back up. For a lot of riders with cranky knees or hips, that higher seat is the whole reason they pick the Rambler.

How many gears does it have and is that enough for hills?

This Wide Track build runs a 9-speed drivetrain with a wide enough range for the climbs most riders hit on a path or a neighborhood loop. If you live somewhere steep or want to load it up for touring, mention it on your Dream Trike Session and we'll talk through gearing or an e-assist option.

Can I ride it on dirt and gravel, or just pavement?

Both. The 24-inch wheels and Big Ben tires roll over trails, bumps, and divots without rattling your teeth, and the wide outriggers keep it planted in the turns. It's a comfortable cruiser first, but it handles a packed dirt path just fine.

How much does the Rambler weigh and what can it carry?

It's a 46-pound chromoly steel frame with a 400-pound combined weight capacity, so there's room for you plus a rack, a trunk bag, and a load of groceries. The steel frame soaks up road buzz, which is part of why the ride feels so smooth.
